We are the first company to offer Create Your Own Blend coffee.  It's simple, just  select 2 of our single origin coffees and create your own personal blend. We'll even add a hint of flavor to the mix if you like. You also select the roast level (light to dark on a 5 point scale). In addition, you name your creation and we include in the labeling process. How about a couple of dark roasted blends with a touch of chocolate turtle! How to make the perfect cup of coffee: Purchase coffee beans as soon after they have been roasted as possible. Fresh roasted coffee beans are essential to a superb cup of coffee. Purchase your coffee beans in small amounts, only as much as you can use in a given period of time. Ideally, you should purchase your coffee fresh every 1-2 weeks. Specialty coffee roasters are solely in the business to sell coffee beans.
